Lost all my keys and have no spare

I have the SUV listed above 4 door, SR5 . I lost all my keys no spare. i bought a key smart and didn't work. i bought a plug and play master key didn't work. pretty much i bought anything that i though will solve the problem. know lock smith cant do it so my last thing is to take it to the dealer and pay $700.00. i tried resetting the computer nothing works. or can it be reset and what is the right way? Or can you give me some advise on what to do.
