Loss of power

This truck is overheating and has a significant loss of power. I changed the thermostat the radiator to flush the radiator and I also changed the gear fluid.

Since there is a loss of power, I would first check to see if the catalytic converter is plugged. Next, check engine compression to make sure there is not a head gasket issue or normal wear. It has a lot of miles.
