Loss of functions: Tachometer, A/C, and the Temperature gauge not working properly?

i have 51 plate mini one and recently the car las lost the following: rev counter, A/C, Temperature gauge is at the max line but is not over heating, rear heated screen.

I would start by checking the fuses. This guide can help, and I have included the fuse panel locations in the diagrams below, do the testing with the key on the on position:
