losing water but has no leaks I

If I go on a long trip it uses water but if I only travel 60 miles a day it doesn't use any water could their be a crack in the block & if so does k seal really work

These sealers can do more harm than good, I would first get a cooling system pressure test done, this will locate any external coolant leaks, if this proves to be not the source of the leak, get a head check done , this is a cheap chemical test to detect Co in the cooling system, if this is positive it will indicate an internal coolant leak.

Thank you I think it could be head gasket related I opened the bonnet and checked hoses then after I started it up the top hose was pressurised thank you for your help

OK, Do the TK head check test first then, see if you have Co in the cooling system

Hi it was a split in the head gasket that was why it losing water & hard to start when it was cold thanks for your help
