when jacking up both sides there is a movement on the 12 and 6 positions. I replaced inner and outer tie rods because i saw some play in them. now i am trying to figure out where this looseness is. only place i see it is in the wheel bearing. Does that make sense? And both front wheels are the sane way.

Hi,

It can be wheel bearings, however most times it is related to ball joints. I can't see them in the video. Have you checked them as well?

Let me know.

I did but I don't see any ball joint movement at all, all the movement is around the axle when I move the wheel, for both sides, not even a little bit around the ball joints.

If that is the case, then it sounds like the wheel bearings. Here are the directions for replacing the hub bearings on the front. The attached pictures correlate with the directions.
