Location of power window relay

My power windows don't work. The fuses tested fine. There's no power getting to the window switch. I haven't checked the window relay yet because I can't find it. Where is it located?

see pic also check at junction block if still no power after checking relay. also check both fuses

The relay is located at the fuse panel on the left side of the dash. It will be labeled P/W relay.
