Location of odb output on Isuzu 1992 pickup

I have an odb2 reader but cannot find the cable on the pickup . Is it a 2 pick connector by trunk pull latch?

Then to read code short out the an and b; power on; no start. Read flashes with table on site?

Fix issue then ; pull neg for 30 sec? Is this right? [email protected]
