where is the odb output located?

I have an odb2 reader but cannot find the cable on the pickup. Is it a 2-pick connector by trunk pull latch?

Then to read code short out the an and b; power on; no start. Read flashes with table on site?

Fix issue then ; pull neg for 30 sec? Is this right?

This is because this truck does not have a OBD2 port.
