does this vehicle have a fuel pump reset button? not enough fuel pressure to keep engine running. have replaced fuel pump and fuel pump relay.

Hi:
There is no shut off or reset. Can you tell me what is happening? If pressure is low, have you checked the pressure regulator? I attached a picture below showing location.
Next, is the new pump doing the same thing as the original? Have you confirmed that there is 12v going to the pump?

yes it is doing the same thing and i replaced the the fuel pump relay an did not help. so what else could it be?

Hi:
The regulator is actuated via engine vacuum. If you look at the attached pic, engine vacuum is supplied via letter A. What to do is first, remove the vacuum hose and check to see if there is any evidence of fuel in it. If there isn't, inspect the vacuum hose to make sure it is in good condition and not cracked, or disconnected.
Since the engine won't run, you have to connect a fuel pressure gauge to the system the same as if you are checking pressure. Then, using a vacuum pump, apply vacuum to the regulator. If it is working, pressure will drop. If there is no change, the regulator isn't working.
Since you told me that pressure is low, I assume you already know how to check pressure. However, and just in case, here is a link that explains how it is done:

A fuel damper is needed because the fuel injectors, opening and closing at different times, can cause turbulence in the system. The intention of the damper is to smooth out the harmonic frequency found in the fuel lines. As a result, a more linear fuel flow is provided.
Often times when this component fails, you will hear a ticking sound that is more evident at an idle or when less fuel is needed. Unless the return line to the tank is plugged, I don't see how this can be an issue. Even if it is plugged, there is a bypass to allow fuel to flow.
