Wanting to change the cabin filter on my vehicle

Wanting to change the cabin filter on my vehicle listed above Select. I was told by my Nissan dealer Service Manager the filter is below the dash behind the glove box. Just got told by another Nissan mechanic it is on the driver's side down by the accelerator. The Rogue Select is different from the Rogue I know. I have removed the screws from the glove box yet can't get the it off to check.

The repair procedure does state it's on the driver side. You need to remove the driver side lower sound panel and then remove the accelerator pedal. Once the pedal is out remove the cover for the cabin filter attach image below. Let us know if the information was correct.

Okay. Will let you know. Not doing it today too frustrated. I am aware the Rogue Select differs from the actual Rogue and also differs by year. As you are the second person to tell me it is on the drivers side. I am inclined to agree as there is an eyelet in the rear of the glove box that shows a fairly smooth wall behind it. my guess is my service manager wanted me to spend the big dollars to have them change it.

I found this additional information says it comes out on the passengers side. so please let us know which one is correct. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
