Left and right signals are not working the emergency flashers work

Help me locate the right area to replace for the car listed above Century limited LTE. do I have a flasher right above the gas pedal like the 1989 Buick century?

Good afternoon,

It is under the dash by the steering column on a clip. Picture attached. The turn flasher is located on I/P brace, right of steering column. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
