Linkage broke and ignition will not turn?

The linkage broke before I got the truck and tumbler was made to not need a key. Linkage was fabricated with rigged linkage will work for now but as of last night the key will no longer turn (yes, I said key just because I use a random key) and steering wheel is locked. Also, before tumbler locked and wheel locked the truck would still not start even though all lights on dash came on except odometer turn the key all way to start not a sound nothing. Battery is charged full. Fuses are good. Far as I know it is in park. I hope this is enough to come to an answer that works. Thank you.
