How do I remove old fuel from a 92 Lincoln Town Car that has been sitting for 3 years? It has a v-8 engine and 135000 miles. Thank you.

personally i would drop the fuel tank and put the gas into sealed containers not to contaminate the earth. secondly id fill the tank up wiht hot water with a tad bit of soap and scrub the inside out like there is no tomorrow. then i would rinse it off put the fuel tank back up fill it up and you should be good to go.
