92 Lincoln TC AC Clutch Won't Stop

I changed defective compressor and charged the system(134A).
Now the replaced compressor clutch doesn't stop. Just keeps going. Temp inside car is barely cool.
The low side reads 94 and the hi-side 100
during this time. Is this compressor bad too?

With these readings do you mean the compressor won't start? You have an equalized system, usually a sign the sys or compressor is off!
