motor pump that level's car runnin more oftern and making noise, happens prior to starting engine.

Depending on the noise (if it's not making unusual sounds, not a problem), then this is likely the result of the again air suspension. Leaks begin to develop in the bags and the lines to them, making the pump work harder.
Left unchecked, this can cause the pump to fail.
