this is the second car tha the rocker arm has come off of the valve of cylinder one this type of rocker arm justpresses in, the spring valve is in good codition.what can be reason for this?

What weight oil? Heavy oil will cause this. You get no oil to top end and lifters collapse, then followers fly out
Use 5w20.

Bent valve or sticky lifters are other possible causes.
