1998 Lincoln Town Car Turn Signal and Brake Lights

My turn signal and brake lights are not working. The middle brake light works but the ones on the back lights do not. Additionally my turn signal does not work either. It will turn on but not blink. put on the 4 way flasher and try
you need a combo switch (signal switch )
