1998 Lincoln Town Car egr valve sensor

I replaced the egr in the car and the light was still on so I purchased an egr valve sensor but can't seem to locate it to replace.Can you show me a picture of it's location and is there anything else I need to do for this problem?Thanks

Look to the right of the egr valve.It has 2 hoses going into the bottom of it that go to the metal tube connected to the egr valve.
