I have a 1996 Lincoln Town Car with 178,000 miles on it and I have been experiencing a power surge when slowing down or stopped. Sometimes after the power surge, the car stalls and has to be restarted. I had a tune up done on it a couple months ago because of this problem but the tune up did not help. Does anyone no why this would happen?
