I towed a 1996 Town Car in last Christmas, DUI Florence PD South Carolina, I dont have the Keys, we dont want to start it, we just want to unlock the wheel and place into neutral & move it with out damaging the whole column by ripping it out, what is the best way.

Hi there,

If the door keys are the same as the ignition , remove one and get a locksmith to cut a key to suite.
