1995 Lincoln Town Car I CANT FIND THE THERMAL BLOWER LOCKOU

The Thermal Blower Lockout Switch is located inline with the engine coolant supply (feed) to the heater core, usually about the middle of the passenger side rocker arm (valve) cover. It is black plastic and has one 2 wire electrical connection and one 2 hose vacuum connection

you do have Automatic Temperature Control system correct? if you do check under cover on top of motor the Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis use the same valve and thats were it is on them you should be able to pull the hose out to disconnect clamp here is a picture

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION Vehicles with Automatic Temperature Control Disconnect the negative battery cable and drain the cooling system. CAUTION Never open, service or drain the radiator or cooling system when hot; serious burns can occur from the steam and hot coolant. Also, when draining engine coolant, keep in mind that cats and dogs are attracted to ethylene glycol antifreeze and could drink any that is left in an uncovered container or in puddles on the ground. This will prove fatal in sufficient quantities. Always drain coolant into a sealable container. Coolant should be reused unless it is contaminated or is several years old. Detach the electrical and vacuum connections at the switch. Loosen the hose clamps at the switch remove the switch from the hose. To install: Slide new hose clamps over the ends of the hoses. Apply soapy water to the ends of the hoses. Insert the switch in the hose ends and tighten the clamps to 16-21 inch lbs. (1.8-2.5 Nm). Attach the electrical and vacuum connectors to the switch. Connect the negative battery cable and fill the cooling system. Check the system for proper operation.
