1995 Lincoln Town Car V8

For a few weeks the car would give a delayed start start. just the other day it stopped turning on. the radio and the dash board light turn on but when i turn the ignition it just clicks but doesnt turn on. i cant seem to find the problem.

No crank at all/nothing/nada when key is engage to starting position

Could be the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch/transmission position switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good. Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
