1990 Lincoln Towncar, 82,000 miles

My Lincoln has 82,000 miles. The heater /air conditioner fan has only worked slightly. It worked fair, but has not really blown strong for awhile. In the past couple of months, only on low. Now it has stopped blowing at all. I would like to know what areas or parts can affect this condition and possibly where they are located in the car.
