i put a new fuel pump in and fuel pump relay and my car still wont start whats wrong with it

Have you check to see if you have fire at the Spark Plugs? If not check and see if you have spark going into the cap.

IF U HAVE DISTR CAP, REMOVE AND START IGNITION, IF THE ROTOR DOESNT TURN, REMOVE #1 PLUG, TWIST A PAPER TOWEL INTO PLUG OPENING(JUST SLIGHTLY)TURNKEY, IF P TOWEL DOESNT POP OUT FROM COMPRESSION? TIMING CHAIN!IF IT DOES, CHECK DISTRIB ROTOR HOUSING AND REPLACE.PUT AT TOP DEAD CENTR, AND PUT ROTOR at #1 CYLYDER, AND IT SHOULD SLIDE INTO PLACE, IF NOT ,INTERNAL DISTRIB GEARS ARE BAD(REPLACE ENGINE)
