where is the fuel relay switch located on this vehicle

and how do i know if the fuel pump is bad

or if the relay switch is bad and how do i trouble shoot the relay switch in this vehicle

Use a gage and check fuel pressure. My info says the fuel pump relay is under the hood, driverside fender lining. If you have an inertia switch should be in luggage compartment, driver side wheel well area.
