1998 Lincoln Navigator Spark plug replacement

I'm looking to replace the spark plugs on my 1998 Lincoln Navigator. I've done lots of tune ups in my time however these seem to be buried below the fuel rail for the injectors and i need some clear direction.
I was an ASE certified Tech till about 14 yrs ago when i changed fields, so i feel confident I can do it if i knew what to do w/the fuel rail.I'm having a hard time w/the $400 estimate just to put in a set of plugs...whew.

The fuel rail doesnt have to come out.Unplug the injectors adn the coils and pull thewiring harness back out of the way a little.Use a 7mm universal (1/4 drive) to unbolt the coils from the intake manifold.They will pull out, the rubber boot is flexible.The Pass side will be the worst due to heater hoses.Drivers side I usually pull the 3- 8mm screws that hold on the P/S resevoir to the t-stat housing and pull it back out of the way a little to increase working room.... Ther is no easy way to do these, just another engineering marvel from Ford...LOL
