The check air ride system warning comes on and their is air seeping from the front passenger side wheel. I need to know if its the compressor or a spring. How do I determine this?

Does the hissing noise change(better or worse) if you put your weight on the front end?.....if so, the air struts are leaking and need replacing. If it only hisses during and right after the compressor comes on, the leak is at the compressor -or- dryer.
