I've replaced every thing on cooling system water pump,thermo,sensors,elec fan,radiator- car runs normal temp up to 40mph when you get above this temp starts climbing what left to fix this only thing I can think of is cat convertors plugging

I know this may sound stupid but I was having the same problems and after going through numerous other fixes, we finally found a fuse box inside the engine. There was a 40 fuse blown which ran the cooling fan. No problems ever since. Just wasn't sure if you have checked that.
