Check engine light just came on when I was at idle a few minutes, it will not go off, did have some engine missing, now that seems better but light still on

Hi there,

you will need to get a scan done to read the set fault code, this will be an indication as to the problem causing this issue, the code will sat until the fault is repaired as will the light under most circumstances.
