2001 Lincoln LS think a rods blown

Noises problem
2001 Lincoln LS 6 cyl 109217 miles

there is oil on top of motor and the ignition coil and spark plug were out of the socket and sitting on top of motor. really loud knocking and air leak noise.

Hi there,

This is sounding a bit serious, i would start with a compression test just to see if the internals are still in some form of working order, do this and report back any findings,
