I have trouble shot a misfire problem on cyl #2 to a constant resistance of approx. 30 ohms at the ign coil connector side going to gnd. thru the PCM. All 7 others measure open ckt. when connector at coil is pulled off and measured. I have purchased a used PCM from scrap yard but engine will not fire with the replacement PCM installed. Does the replacement PCM need to be programmed to my vehicle ? Will service shops typically do this or do they require me to buy a new PCM ?
