1998 lincoln continental fuses

Try number 11 under the drivers dash, located in the fuse panel. I am not sure if this is the fuel fuse, but when it blows the fuel pump will not operate, along with the computer and every thing else. My 99 blew this fuse while my daughter was driving to South Carolina,and it would not start. I had to have it towed to the shop and after paying $160.00 found out that it was this fuse.
