limp mode and car turns off?

When I start my car it starts flashing limp mode and then when I go to put on drive it turns off or turns off when I'm driving start it off turning off as I was driving now it won't even in a minute I put on drive it turns off.

Yep, limp mode can do that, we should run the codes to see which ones are stored but I can tell you I have seen a dirty throttle body cause this problem, here is a guide to help you gather the codes:
