head lights and parking lights are not coming?

How about the other lights? Turn signals, plate lights, brake lights, interior lights instrument panel? Hazard lights? Does the flash to pass on the dimmer switch turn on the headlights when activated? Just trying to narrow down the area that could be the issue. At the moment it could be the multifunction switch itself from the description, however the other pieces would help narrow it down.

9 times out of 10 when all of these lights go out at once it is the switch. But to be sure you can check for power at the combination switch at the green wire, this is what feeds the switch. Here is a guide to help test for power.
