Odometer light, dash lights and flasher are flashing

Odometer light, dash lights and flasher all flash. Also, it sounds the the four ways are one, but there not once you go for about a minute it stops. did it awhile ago and my husband took to terminal off the battery put it back on seemed to be fine until yesterday. not sure if it is the extreme negative temperatures we are having. when it happened before it wasn't cold.
