Lights and central locking not working properly

Left rear boot lid lights not working, all fuses are okay. 3 Single bulbs tested and 100%. on the right side all working. Central locking. Car not always locking with remote on driver side " right hand drive " Using the key in the door to lock ! Please help with both.

We need to check fuses, # 46 and 45. here is a guide to help and the fuse locations please check them with the key in the on position. The fuse panels and fuse identification are tin the diagrams below.
