The low and high beams have quit working as well as the blower and radio all at the same time. All the other lights work just fine and everything else is good just not those thre.

Did the horn also stop working?
If so, check for a blown fusible link (battery) 120 amp in the engine compartment fuse and relay block, located under the hood left front corner.
Here is the location of that block and that fusible link 120 is at the top left corner of this diagram.
I did not see that power the radio though, so for the radio check the #9 fuse in the passenger compartment fuse block, located under left side of dash near kick panel.
That fuse #9 is shown in the third photo, top row ninth fuse over from the left.
