When my car is off doors are closed i lock the car and interior lights should turn off but they stay on and after a few minutes the fog lamps and taillights start blinking and will not turn off until they drain battery. so i try with car unlocked same problem occurs just need help to find out what is wrong.

Hello,

You have a head light control module which is part of the headlight control switch that sounds like it has gone out, here is a wiring diagram and a guide so you can do some testing to confirm.
