turn signals and brake lights are not working

Brake lights and turn signals stop working. I have tail lights and running lights.

assuming you have check the bulbs, then it may be a turn signal switch or brake light switch. check fuses as well. check fuses and relay in picture first. however, it could be that. if fuse blows again there is a short in system.
