light blinking on a/c button

A lot of websites say Toyota has faulty a/c clutch relay. But I have not found where they say the relay is located. This problem first started happening about once a year. Now it does it all the time. If I push the button to turn off a/c and wait a short while then turn it on again the a/c works until the next time I start the a/c.
There are no relays marked as MG CLT and none of the relays in the under hood box are marked 90987-02022.
