Why are the lifters are getting louder and I also have an intermittent sputter, sometimes when I take off and sometimes when I'm driving down the road? The oil was changed recently and I've used fuel injection cleaner in the gas tank. I'm thinking the sputter could be the fuel pump maybe or fuel filter?
