Window defogger, rear wiper, and rear window washer, do not function?

Items in the liftgate, ie Window defogger, rear wiper, and rear window washer, do not function. BCM issue? Or possibly wiring at the lift gate hinge area (ie Rubber Boot from auto to gate)? Thank you. Alan

I would first start by checking the LGM1 fuse in the rear fuse panel below the left rear seat, if okay there is a liftgate control module that runs all three, the BCM runs two out of the three. Here is the location of the module and how to replace it. Also, here is a guide on how to check the fuses and the fuse locations as well:
