Lift gate glass hinges

The crack on back panel means hinges need replacing. Mine were ready to go. I replaced them. It took a bit to do. I have been looking for the torque for the hinges, I do not want to take a chance on breaking glass, since that would be over $800.00 to repair. Can you help? I have inch and pound torque wrenches​.
