license plate light and the running lights are not working?

The license plate and running light are controlled by the main body ECU which powers up the taillight relay through the tail fuse which both are located in the fuse panel on the left side of the dash. Here are the fuse and relay locations with guides to see how to test them. You might want to try swapping them out if you don't want to test them. Also, i have included the running light and license plate light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

The taillight relay is part of the fuse panel btw so it is not serviceable unless you open up the fuse panel. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
