What is the problem when the car seems do drags or hesitates to start is it the starter or alternator the battery is good 2 or 3 times to turn it comes on then.

Do you hear a buzzing noise when cranking it over if so the starter overrunning clutch is slipping if not and battery/connections are okay -could be the starter itself get it load tested to confirm
