2005 Lexus RX 330 Emergency Brake Adjustmnent

how do I adjust the emergency brake? The EB pedal has excessive play in it and practically goes all the way to the floor. We recently had the brakes done on it but I don't think the dealership remembered to adjust it during the service. Where is the adjustment point on the cable? In the cabin, in the engine compartment or under the vehicle?
