2001 Lexus RX 300 Miss fire on Cly. 1, 3 and 5

Engine Performance problem
2001 Lexus RX 300 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

already replaced plugs and moved coils from front to rear, still get miss fire on 1, 3 and 5.

Problem seems to come and go???

Check the compression and injector for those cylinders.

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
