Hi, The button to lock the car on the carkey remote does not work. The button to open the car works fine but the locking button does not. I have changed the battery to the key but this does not help. Any suggestions? The key to this car is about $250 so I am trying to save myself the expense of having to buy a new key.

Please try changing a batteryagain in car remote. This usually helps. You can purchase a new or used car remote

If you changed the battery and your keyless entry remote still does not work, most likely you need a new remote. You can purchase a brand new or used good condition (B-stock) remote on our website. All remotes come with a 90 day money back policy.
