1999 Lexus RX 300 so many codes i'm confused

original codes p0300,302 303 306 0330 0765. changed plugs and swapped coils. misfires moved to cylinders 1 and 5 suggesting those coils are no good.car runs worse now and won't rev beyond 3000 rpm. new codes 0300, 301,330,765,1320,305.i expect to replace 2 coils, but i also think the air fuel mixture sensor(one or both) is bad. i may be wrong, but this would account for the restricted engine rpms.

I would take it one step at a time
we know that the coils is bad
so let remove and replace them
reset codes and drive it
light come back on get the codes and let me know
what you have

i have ordered coils from parts geek. they will probably be here monday. will install, drive and read for new coded. thanks again for your prompt response

installed new coils, cleared old codes, test drove car---no codes period. test drove 2 moretimes, rechecked codes and no codes period. car now shifts into overdrive properly and engine revs with no stumbling or hesitation. seems like its fixed, however i will watch it for the rest of the week. i use a canobd2 3100 diagnostic tool and it still shows a yellow emission status light. will check operator manual and see what that implies, however the good news is there are no stored or pending codes.

no codes didn't last long. during today's drive the car wouldn't shift into OD consistently and presented these codes p0330, p0765, p0446,

DTC P0330 is for knock sensor No. 2 on left bank
I found this on the tech tip page :

(There is a common failure with these sensors and the harness and it can cause the Transmission to not Lock-up and to not have Fourth gear. These conditions can be intermittent or constant. The part numbers for the needed repair parts are as fallow:
Gasket, Air Surge 17176-62030
Gasket, Intake 17177-20020
Gasket, Intake 17178-20020
Sensor 89615-12040 Needed 2
Harness 82219-07010
The sensors are optional but when you see all that has to come apart to allow them to be replaced you will agree that they should be replaced at the same time just in case.)

i am ordering the parts today and have found a couple of how to posts on the lexus owners web page. doesn't seem like a tough job, just seems like a lot of work and tear down to get to the sensors. will take lots of Before photos to help with reassembly. will report back to you and thanks for your prompt response
