Windshield Washer Fluid in Anti-freeze reservoir

It was pretty dark when I left the house this morning and was topping off my windshield wiper fluid (or so I thought). I later realized it was the coolant reservoir. What will this do to my vehicle? Should I have the radiator flushed? I have a 2003 Lexus RX300.
